What are you talking about when you say BLUE BASE/YELLOW BASE?

In 1928, a discovery was made that would impact the way mankind viewed color forever. It was discovered that all colors that we see with our eyes are simply controlled by the amount of blue pigment or yellow pigment. In other words,

All of the 16.4 million colors available to our eyes on a daily basis are controlled by more blue pigmentation or yellow pigmentation. There are literally two spectrums or color wheels and not just one. All blue base colors work together in harmony, and all yellow base colors work together in harmony. There are over 8 million in each spectrum. The only mistake you can make when working with color is to mix spectrums. When you do, you create a jarring affect and discord.

Harmony when working with color can only be achieved by combining colors within each spectrum. All colors are available in each spectrum, even black and white. Creativity is enhanced not stifled.

Blue Base Colors

This discovery was the greatest breakthrough in color science since Isaac Newton in the 17th century when he discovered and formatted the color wheel.

Yellow Base Colors

This discovery was further validated with spectrophotometers by General Electric Corporation, and further studies were conducted throughout Stanford, UCLA, and USC to name a few.

I have personally worked with over 30 thousand people during my career.  The system is consistent and reliable and accurate.  Each individual is born into a spectrum and prefers that spectrum of colors even when dating.

By purchasing a Large Color Fan Deck that has been specifically designed around the system, you can visually see the differences in the red, yellow, blue, black and white.  All yellow base colors have a 2 number in front of them.  All blue base colors have a 1 number in front of them.  Both spectrums are on each fan deck with over 8 hundred colors represented.  This is truly a life changing piece of knowledge.
